The Arizona League to End Regional Trafficking (ALERT) is currently hiring
case managers for its Phoenix and Tucson offices. Resumes and cover letters

Position: Case Manager Arizona League to End Regional Trafficking
Reports to: Program Specialist Site: Phoenix/Tucson
Position Summary: Coordinate the provision of comprehensive service for
trafficked persons in Central or Southern Arizona, respectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide intake for all clients and ensure acute needs are met in a timely
and culturally appropriate manner.
2. Develop a comprehensive service plan and a case file for each program
participant and maintain up-to-date information regarding the status of the
participant.
3. Provide comprehensive orientation, linking victims with the appropriate
employment, educational, health care and transitional income providers.
4. Actively participate in state-wide coalition meetings.
5. Assist with the development of a strategic plan and a sustainability
plan.
6. Participate in all program meetings, staff development activities, and
other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in social work or related field; MSW preferred;
· Fluency in both written and spoken English, bi-lingual ability (Spanish)
preferred;
· Previous experience with intensive case management in victims services;
and
· Ability to work independently.
