JOB TITLE:  CASE MANAGER, HUMAN TRAFFICKING PROGRAM

AYUDA, INC. is a nonprofit community-based legal and social services agency
that serves the low-income Latino and foreign-born community in the
Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  We are located in the heart of D.C.'s
Adams-Morgan neighborhood.   We are seeking a Case Manager for our
trafficking program.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Provide case management to victims of human trafficking, including
culturally and linguistically appropriate referrals for housing, ESL,
medical and mental health care, and educational and employment services.

--Conduct intakes; assess needs and develop individualized case management
plans. 
Maintain confidential records and relevant statistical and evaluative data.

--Develop Community Assessment Survey to determine area service providers'
capacity to serve trafficking victims.  
--Prepare outreach materials for service providers, law enforcement agencies
and immigrant communities. 
--Conduct trafficking trainings for immigrant communities and service
providers. Conduct extensive outreach and education.  Develop tools for
evaluating outreach and education activities.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
--Demonstrated experience in case management and/or providing direct
services to clients, preferably victims of trauma.  
--Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to conduct
presentations.  
--B.A. or M.A. (preferred) in relevant field.   
--Bilingual capacity strongly preferred (especially Spanish).
--Ability to work independently and as part of team; and to mobilize
community resources.

SALARY:		
Up to 35,000 plus benefits, depending on experience.
