>RESPONSIBILITIES:

>* Manage overall program planning, implementation and evaluation;

>QUALIFICATIONS:

>Candidates must be well organized, able to work independently,
>skilled at handling multiple tasks, and able to adhere to deadlines.

>Other qualifications required at a minimum:

>* Practical experience implementing women's empowerment or gender-
>focused programs, experience with trafficking prevention and
>assistance to victims preferred;
>* Three years of international technical assistance project
>management experience, preferably in the former Soviet Union or
>Eastern Europe;
>* Knowledge of trafficking issues, including anti-trafficking
>legislation, in Moldova;
>* Knowledge of regional economic development issues;
>* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and
>work effectively with project stakeholders to ensure the successful
>completion of project activities;
>* Experience working on USAID programs;
>* Solid understanding of political and social issues in Moldova;
>* Fluency in Russian or Romanian preferred;
>* A master's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent
>experience.
