[Stop-traffic] Expert Group Meeting

Dear Guichon,
The Experts group started working in September. There have been 3 meetings
now. I am one of the members which was nominated by the Netherlands and
subsequently appointed by the Commission. Moreover (to my surprise I must
say) I was elected president of the group in the first meeting. More

We plan to put a short report of our meetings on the website plus a list of
the members and their cv's.
Moreover, we are currently investigating the possibilities for setting up a
mechanism to enable others, in particular NGOs, to give input to our group.
