4. National Conference on Human Trafficking
The Second Annual Trafficking in Persons Conference on Modern
Day Slavery: Global, National and Local Perspectives for
Prevention, Protection and Prosecution will be held at the
Adam's Mark Hotel in Dallas, TX from March 3-5, 2004. Guest
speakers will include experts from the fields of social
services, legal representation and law enforcement. The
conference is supported by ORR, the Office for Victims of Crime,
the FBI, the U.S. Attorneyâ?Ts Office, the TX Department of Human
Services/Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs, and led by
Mosaic Family Services, a Dallas based nonprofit organization.
